Step 1.

Exfoliate your lips prior to applying lipstick

A very easy and quick DIY Lip Exfoliated 

 Ingredients:
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. honey
Drop of lip balm

1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl until the mixture thickens up.
2. Massage the mixture in a circular motion on your lips for 30 seconds
3. Take a warm cloth and wipe of the mixture
4. Apply Lip Balm  

Step 2.

 Apply Lip Balm (No shine)

Step 3. 

Apply Lip Liner & Lipstick
