No Makeup Brush Cleaner ??!!

Dirty Makeup Brushes are a Major No No!
Its Important to clean ALL of your makeup brushes, 1x a week
[or whenever you are doing another individual's makeup]
There is an awesome collection of Makeup Brush Cleaners on the market
but why always run to a department store to purchase a sometimes pricey
brush cleaner?

Items Needed:
Baby Shampoo (My personal favorite is from your local Dollar Store, purchase here )
100% Pure Virgin Olive Oil
Hand Towel
A Clean Hand
Instructions:
  1. Take all of your dirty brushes and shake any excess powder from brushes (*less messy)
  2. Use an old container/lid and distribute a quarter-sized amount of shampoo w/ a dime-sized amount of olive oil unto the container/lid
  3. Take a dirty brush & lightly swirl the brush into your "cleaner concoction"
  4. Take the brush and in a circular motion swirl the brush unto a wet hand (best done into a sink running warm water)
  5. REPEAT STEP 3 & 4 , UNTIL WATER RUNS CLEAR
  6. Shake and rid the brush of excess water
  7. Set the brush on a Hand Towel to dry
  8. REPEAT UNTIL ALL BRUSHES ARE CLEAN

*Tips
If possible, let the brushes dry upside down in a tooth brush holder
BEST to clean your brushes before bed
Use a Brush Guard to help keep the shape of the brush, purchase here
Rotating the brushes, can help the drying process
